I'm under 100lbs, and I can't gain any weight; even though I'm eating CONSTANTLY.
Any ideas on how I could possible gain weight?
I've considered working out-
Because back when I was in JROTC- I was 110 or so, and my appetite is about the same.
Only difference is the 'training' I did back then.
Yeah, there's not really 'this guy'
gah! you tricked me! lol
you have a fast metabolism, it all is based on what you eat. junk food is bad for you and it will normally put on weight, but you eat alot of that as it is. the real getter when it comes to weight is starch+meat at the same time.
ex. any pasta with meat, potatos and meat, rice and meat, etc.
The reason for that is starches and meats take 2 different enzymes to break down, so they sit in your stomach longer, which is why it fills people up more, but it also gets absorbed more into your body and puts weight on at the same time. so if you want to put on weight, then eat those more often.
This is also why fast food is said to be so bad for you, lots of meat in hamburgers + bread buns + frenchfries = lots of meat+lots of starch, and then its deep fried to add to the fat. but if you eat a cheezy pasta with meat, it will do just as much if not more damage in the weight area, while at the same time still being "healthier" for you then fried foods.
