I was in... uh... 11th grade- first semester when I got a hold of the first book. And I'm not going to lie; I actually enjoyed reading it. It was the only thing I had read in years, and it kept me occupied during all my classes.

I actually remember during one class I made a bet it'd be turned into a movie one day. But yeah. Now- there's just as many haters as there are lovers for it.

And the bottom line is...
Both extremes are effin' annoying.

People who sit around going on about how FREAKING AMAZING it is. Annoying.
People who sit around going on about how MUCH THEY HATE IT. Annoying.

But I must say, sometimes when the 2 fight over whose right... it's quite amusing.

Oh, btw, I thought Jasper was the cutest.

I thoroughly enjoyed the series, even if vampires are old hat. It was a nice little get away for all the mind-racking craziness I was reading at the time.

I don't know... I don't hate it... but I guess I'm old-fashioned when it comes to my vampires.
Vampires can't walk in the sun, and they CERTAINLY shouldn't SPARKLE in it.
I kind of enjoyed the baseball scene in the movie, though.
Actually I think that's the only whole scene I've watched in the movie.
