| Anyone else excited about this game coming out? I never much cared about WoW or any of the other Blizzard games. It has been a long time coming. |

--Wikipedia page Wow, that's a disappointment. I want to be excited about it, but not for another year or more. That being said, i think it looks rather pretty. It reminds me of that old game Gauntlet. Also, i think PC games are generally better than console games, if one's PC can handle the game. I haven't played any other Blizzard game except WoW and the first Diablo, and those were both because of an old friend of mine who would play with me online. If a bunch of my friends also got it and we played it together, i think that would definitely enhance the experience. But a year or more is too long to plan for something like this, i've learned. Down that path can only be disappointment and misery. Albeit pretty disappointment and misery. |

| Yes the release date is abit of a disappointment, but from the gameplay videos I have seen, anyone who enjoyed DII will love DIII. Youtube it and you can see the massive graphic enhancements, new setup and new class. While at the same time, keeping the old DII charm. ^^ |

| Meh. I care not for blizzard. They have failed us all! Nobody has realized it yet, but it's true. |

I not only play wow, but I design wow private servers -_- as for wow dying soon, good luck on that. Not only does it have as many players as ever, but there is another expanision comming out late this year that will redesign all of the old maps and quests, not only attracting new players, but gaining old players as well. |

| He's right, man. I don't see WoW going anywhere any time soon. Unless it sells out somehow. |

| I finally quit WoW a couple months ago... Was a warlock for 3 years, a shaman for 1 (pre-Burning Crusade) I still enjoy playing it up to 80, but I got to the point where raiding just wasn't fun anymore. It was a job, and I couldn't juggle that, school, etc. I was top warlock on my server, but I stopped one day and realized what a D-bag I'd become. Live is more fun now, though. More friend time, more family time.... more everything time, really. As for DIII - I'm really looking forward to it. I've played just about every popular Blizzard game (Diablo series, Warcraft series + WoW, Starcraft series, etc.), and Diablo II and Warcraft III were probably my favorites, so I have high expectations for DIII... unfortunately, Blizzard is terrible for always making us wait. Seems a trend with them. |

| lol kaos i would love to have fought you. my main classes were lock, hunter, sham and druid. been playing since dec 1st 2004. 1 week after it released. over 5 years now I also build wow private servers, there isnt as much an obligation on servers like that for raids etc. its mostly just to have fun. and no they arent all "welcome heres lv 80 and free shit" alot of them you still have to work on your gears and stuff, but the rates are boosted abit so its not as.... tedious. you should try it. as for the waiting... yes its a bad habit of blizzards... but it also seems to work cause everyone gets hyped when it is finally released. |

| I did private servers for a long time. I think my favorite one was the one where I had a level 255 rogue, and one of my pals was an admin or something, so I got donater items for free :3 I was never real into PvP. I knew from the start I'd either be a good raider, or a good PvPer, and when PvP didn't work out, I went on to be warlock class lead of 3 different raiding guilds over the course of my 4 1/2 years of play. /flex /nostalgia |
