Being a member of the Fandom is having a BELIEF.
Even if you BELIEVE you're an animal, or some other stupid crap.
Therefore, this can fit in the "Other" section!

Anyone that believes strongly enough in something as to dress up in an animal suit, go to a convention, and try to find people to sechs in other animal suits, that feels pretty religious to me.

Sometimes, yes. But some furries only accept Mammalian furry characters. So I guess there is a lot of racism(speciesism) in the fandom.
